2023 BOMA October Membership Meeting

Join us for networking, lunch, and a presentation/panel discussion to hear all about two amazing Rino properties! 

Presenters:

Chris Kalmbach, Hines
Since joining Hines in 2020, Chris has managed the construction of various multifamily and commercial properties including T3 RiNo, a property that is part of the firm’s mass timber office platform. His current projects include Mica, a 397 unit high-rise multifamily property, and T3 RiNo, a 240,000 SF office property with ground floor retail. Prior to joining Hines, Chris was a superintendent for the General Contractor Hensel Phelps in Colorado. During his time at Hensel Phelps, he worked on the construction of many product types, including the 40 story office building at 1144 15th Street in downtown Denver as well as the mixed-use development at McGregor Square.”



Kyle Flippen, Schnitzer West

Kyle oversees the acquisition and development of certain assets in Denver market. He is responsible for identifying new potential on and off-market acquisitions, while working with the development team through entitlements, design, construction, leasing, and disposition of certain ground-up development projects in Colorado.

Prior to joining Schnitzer West, Kyle was with a large commercial general contractor. He had oversight of multiple projects in hospitality, multifamily, student housing, office, and institutional health care facilities.

Kyle holds a B.S. in construction management from Colorado State University.

Lucas Schornstein, Schnitzer West

Lucas oversees the acquisition, asset management, and development of certain commercial properties in Denver, Colorado. He is responsible for identifying new potential on and off-market acquisitions, while working with the development team through entitlements, design, construction, leasing, and disposition of certain ground-up development projects in Colorado.

Prior to joining Schnitzer West, he worked in Acquisitions & Asset Management at The Broe Real Estate Group.

Lucas holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Colorado.
