Craig Cable

Carnyx Consulting and Training

Craig is a risk management expert who provides safety and security consulting and training for schools, corporations, and nonprofits around the country. In addition to Craig’s safety and security experience, he is a sworn peace officer serving as a Reserve Deputy at the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office located in Fort Collins, Colorado. As a member of law enforcement, he not only protects Larimer County’s citizens as a volunteer patrol deputy but also trains other law enforcement members in a variety of security-related subjects. He is an instructor for the Crisis Intervention Team (CIT), which specializes in de-escalating individuals who are a potential danger to themselves, and/or others. Craig has an extensive training background which includes active shooter response training through the Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training program. He is a Threat Liaison Officer who works closely with the FBI to identify potential threats against schools and critical infrastructure in Larimer County. He is also an NRA-certified firearms instructor, Range Safety Officer, and tactical trauma trainer. Craig has trained hundreds of security team leaders, community volunteers, and individuals working in schools, places of worship, and corporate settings.

Sarah Urlacher, MA, LPC, is the Clinical Lead for RESTORE, a peer support and training program for healthcare personnel at Denver Health. She has a background in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and has worked in intensive behavioral health and higher education settings. In her free time, she enjoys spending time in nature and hosting gatherings with friends.

Rachel Chambers, LCSW is the Director of Behavioral Health, Social Work at Denver Health, where she has worked for nearly a decade. She began her career at Denver Health on the Mobile Crisis Team and has since advanced into leadership. Rachel is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addiction Counselor, passionate about supporting individuals and communities through behavioral health services. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her children.
